Be proud of who you are and carry forth the legend and the legacy of being amongst the the first to service mankind (keeping in mind that God is the first). We wear pink and green proudly, and must help the youth of today see their way forth. I am a school teacher, and it hardens my heart to see so many of our young black sisters, of ethnicity, prostituting both their minds and bodies. We, as Alpha Kappa Alpha women, must maintain "hearts that are true by merit and culture we strive and we do things that are worthwhile and with a smile. | Message | I'll be transferring to University of Houston in the summer of 08 and I am VERY interested in AKA not only for it's community service and family but also the women that I see providing a proper example of WOMAN. I'm deeply impressed with that as we need more LADIES in today's society. I was surfin' around trying to learn a bit more and came upon this...
