MessageHey Patz,
I was sent an invitation to attend the showing at Feury. I really want to be there, but unfortunately I have my wifes faculty Christmas party to go to. I wish I could come though! December is a tough month...seems like there is something going on every night. Please let me know how the show goes. Good Luck! I will be there in spirit!!!

MessageWell, I just finished a very enjoyable tour of your website. I have seen some of your work in the Lark books but just stumbled onto your website. What a fabulous imagination you have! Your work is truly inspirational. I am in my first year of ceramics classes in a community art center. I LOVE handbuilding. I look high and low for sources of inspiration. Right now I have a great instructor. Her name is Kiki Masthem. Don't know if you know of her but some of her work is also in the Lark books. I love imaginative pottery. I'm just at the beginning stages of self-discovery and am finding it a challenge to let go and be creative. I feel rather conservative in my approach and I'd like to develop a style. Any words of encourage or suggestions would be well-appreciated if you can find the time. Thanks and I wish you many more years of brilliant creative work and fun.

MessageHi,
I am making a project on Ceramicists of my ceramics class and i choose Patz Fowle because of your different style of art. One of the categories i need for this project is some ethnic background on where you were born, where have you lived etc... All the other info i found in your web page. I hope you can provide me with this piece of information.

Thanks for your attention
I LOVE YOUR WORK!! smilie

MessageCONGRATULATIONS, PATZ!!!!!!

I enjoyed your book and have now passed it on to my daughter, Valerie, along with one of your little bird sculptures that you made way back in the Kalmia Arts Christmas Shop at the Museum. Of course, the little bird had a real bird feather on its head!

Your website is awesome....keep up the creative, artistic work!

Much love and joy to you,
Pat

MessagePatz,
I just wanted to say hello and tell you how much I love your work! I am not sure if you remember me, but I was your roommate at SCAD a few years back. I was flipping through a ceramic book yesterday and saw one of your sculptures. I was very excited to know someone famous.
Life is staying busy and crazy. I got married two years back and had a son this past May. His name is Marshall and he is the best thing I have ever made.
I am teaching sculpture again and getting ready for clay. I thought that I would check out your stuff for inspiration. Thanks for the help!

I hope all is well. How are the animals. Do you still have the big "playscape" for the cats?

Take care,
Amy

MessageI visited your studio yesterday and had so much fun. Thanks for the ride in the red elevator! Your work is so full of fun and life and satire, I just love it! I still think the doll heads are a little scary though! I enjoyed seeing Mike's work as well. AND THE CAT TUNNEL IS GREAT!
Thanks for what you do!
Cheryl
