MessageWow! Your written words are very inspiring. I felt a rush reading them and envisioning my next workout. My morning is not complete without my weight training and cardio routines. By starting with those challenges I set the tone for the remainder of the day. There is nothing I can not overcome.

Hope to see you at Homecoming in several weeks. Maybe we can get together either early Friday or Saturday morning for a workout in Devries. I would welcome some insight on some new movements to isolate some muscles I want to focus on or some to help shock other muscle groups into developing again.

Best regards,

Bob Morano

MessageI've been a bodybuilder for some time, and I'm now interested in getting into fitness modeling. I'm 24 years old and I feel modeling is something I'd do really well in. I no longer want to be that "big moose" of a guy anymore - I want to stay shredded and pleasing to look at. I wanted to know what the best steps are to get into this industry. Can you please give me some advice?

MessageTed,

I just got the postcard from Nietzche Gym. Great to see the site is still up and running ! I bought a tanktop from you about 15 years ago and I still wear it religiously (so to speak).
