| Message | Ronnie Wise has been a very good friend of mine for over 52 years and I have always admired his guitar playing. I can remember when we were kids, I would go over to his house every chance I got just to sit and listen to him play, I was 13 years old and Ron was 14 and we were both determined to be good musicians and he succeeded and I am still learning. But....we both got to play with some real pickers and Grand Ole Opry Stars, so I guess we both did what we set out to do. On top of being a great guitar player, Ron is totally down to earth honest person which makes him a jewel in a crown. Ron will always be my friend and picking buddy, and a Great Picker.
