MessageI'd love to hear from anyone that new my uncle Gilbert G. Carter from Whittier CA. On the logs from survivors of the sinking I saw in Commander Wm. Epstein's list of people in his raft 'Carter QM3/c,' that my have been him. There was also a Fred Carter on board (no relation that I know of)

Thanks for all the work on this site, wish I could make the reunion. smilie
