| Message | Wow, I finally decided to search for your website! I've been a fan of your music ever since "somersault" came out (94). That's the day I realized that scandinavians had something very special. But what is it? I listen to your music, or the cardigans album called "Life", our norwegian band "Jaga jazzist". You could recognize a scandinavian band just by the sound. You all seem very big fans of the vibraphone. It is such a pure instrument. For example, When a guitar and a vibraphone play a melody together, it's paradise. Anyway, it is thanx to you guys, that I've decided to learn vibraphone. Thank u so much!  Cheers |

| Message | Yet another random American who hasn't heard any Eggstone for a while and randomly had the thought... what does that say about us? Our collective unconcious resets itself every 9 years? After all, I haven't listened to my Eggstone record all the way through probably since 1997. I will today, however, once I escapse this infernal desk job and get back to my painting studio. | Message | For no reason at all, the band name "eggstone" pops into my mind today. It has been so long since I've heard anything about them, even from my Swepop adoring friends. I have listened to every release I can find, read every article and interview. It's to the point where I have checked out other bands, simply because of their affiliations with Eggstone or Tamborine. I will always be a fan, but I can't help but vent my frustration over never having seen them before. I suppose I could fly to Sweden or France and catch a show some day. All my friends could charter an airplane and see the band play live. Better still, why not load Eggstone into a plane and bring them here. There are adoring fans in every major city, I'm sure of it. Why not blow the minds of the American fans and do a show here in the states? I know, it's hopeless, but I thought it might be worth a try.  |
