MessageJUST BOUGHT A NEW SV1000S.SO FAR SO SWEET. IVE ONLY PUT 15 MILES ON THE BIKE SO IM STILL IN THE BREAK IN PERIOD. I ORDERED THE FAIRING,POWER COMMANDER,SLIDERS, BIKE COVER AND LEO VINCE CARBS EXHAUST. I WAS TOLD TO WAIT AFTER THE BREAK IN PERIOD TO INSTALL THE POWER COMMANDER AND THE EXHAUST. I GUESS FOR MAPPING REASONS,BUT I DONT REALLY KNOW WHY. MAYBE YOU COULD GIVE ME SOME INFO ON THAT.. IM LOOKING TO UPGRADE MY FRONT AND REAR TURN SIGNALS. IM LOOKING FOR SOME FLUSH MOUNTS FOR THE FRONTS THAT WILL BE VERY ,VERY BRIGHT AND VISIBLE. SAFETY IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. I HAVE 3 KIDS AND A GREAT WIFE. LIKE TO BE AROUND A LONG TIME.ANYWAY, CAN YOU RECOMMEND SOME GREAT TURN SIGNALS , BOTH FRONT AND REAR. ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES YOU COULD RECOMMEND WOULD BE APPRECIATED... MessageI have an 01 sv 650 and it knocks bad i believe my bearings are shot. I am not sure how to go about fixing it, i plan on doing it myself but i know the crank alone is expensive. Is there any way a sv 1000 motor would fit in a 650 frame?
