| Message | Hello Dr. Sidhwaji, Thank you for the letter of Sept.06. I couldnot reply then as I had been working on a nature cure pilgrimage/ study tour to the Himalayas. I left Chennai(Formerly MADRAS) on sept 30 and returned on Oct.30. Visited Haridwar, Rishikesh,Yamunotri, Gangotri,Kedarnath, Badrinath, Mana- the last village on Indian side(other side is China), Uttar Kashi,Tehri,and dozens of meeting places of tributories of the River Ganga. there were 9 members in my team. One person was a chronic diabetic, others were suffering from many ailments like obesity, B P, arthritis,except two persons. On the way there was a total of 26 miles trekking in 4-25 degree C temperature.In some places it was below 0. Before the commencement of the journey, I stressed the importanace of uncooked diet while travelling in cold region and all agreed to follow my natural diet prescription. From the 6th day onwards there were curative crisis among many. When we finally returned to our native villges,the diabetic lost it fully recording almost normal blood sugar while fasting as well as P P. Obese people lost between 5 to 8 Kgs. I am writing this for the benefit of others that if there is a will, one can practice Natural Hygiene any where and under any condition. | Message | Dear Dr.Sidhwa, I too is a Nature Cure practitioner in Chennai, India. I became so from 1999; till then I had been an advertising consultant. I read, you have been persecuted by the pharmaceutical and modern medicine industry. Here in India, Naturopathy is taught as degree course in colleges and every year 1000s are getting graduated and entering into practice.Since they are taught by western modern medical professionals the western way, they were not taught the basic Nature cure. But they are Doctors, with degree( BNYS). Most of them knows only some therapies. The philosophy of nature cure is unknown to many of them. Therefore they did not practice nature cure in their personal life. Eminent Nature curists like Dr. M M Bhamgara( BOmbay) are doing their best to correct it. But it will take time to change the mind set of the people in power. Sidhwa Saheb,please look into this and give your commends. |

I can see from your photo that you're a happy person and am not surprised since you bless the life of many blessings come back to you. I pray that many will take example from you including myself.
