Message | Hi, I'm not telling you my real name but I am one of those British born Chinese and have family ties in Hong Kong. Yesterday, I went to Terracotta army in London, British Museum and seen the statues for myself. They are brilliant, so lifelike and breath taking. I like the horses, bronze bird and other wonderful artefact. Disappointed I couldn't take pictures so I took other objects of the museum again. Are you familar with Romance of the three Kindgoms or Dynasty warriors. After the First Emperor came the Han and near the Han, china was split into 3. This when the 3 kindgoms comes in. There's familar name mention on the panel Sima qian. It was the Simas who united the lands again. Glad the Terracotta army came to uk, it means I wouldn't have to visit Xian to see them. Take a look at my blog at csab-mailart (at )blogspot.com. to see some of my work and further details of my trip. |
