| Message | My lovely wife and I visited McPheeters Barracks shortly after the ceremony. Walking around the Kaserne today is indeed a strange experience.Echos of "the day", standing on the front porch of the former "L" troop , and the former HQ buildings. I swear I could still hear the stainless steel mess trays banging...!!! Lots of fond memories. Larry Thompson L &HQ troops '60-'63 |
