MessageHey Lads
Bloody great site.I'm originally from Castlemilk, grew up in 31 Birgidale Rd,left in 1971 for Australia. Was back in Castlemilk 2years ago.BIG,BIG changes.I plated for the Windlaw Primary school in 1969-1970,then for the Castlemilk Boys Brigade team in 1971 before coming to Australia. Now heavily involved in a football team called Geelong Rangers.I think you lot have ties to Celtic, but would love adopting you as a brother team from the homeland.
Have a think about it. ????
If anyone in the club nowa a lad named James Neill, lived in Birgidale also, firther up the hill.Would love to catch up with him.let me know.
Also interested in trying to get hold of one of your shirts, even an old one.I plan on framing it and hang it up in my house.
Awe the best from Oz
I still belong to Glasgow, and always will
cheers lads

MessageWindlaw go to war over position buying by Old-timers

Two Windlaw Old-timers - Colin Carmichael and Maritn Kerr have been accused of making illegal payments to other players in order to get themselves on the team sheets for matches. They have both tried to intimidate players into leaving by offering them their bonus ball money. Players who have refused have been threatend with having to wear Benny Carey s unwashed kit from the week before. A mole inside the dressing room -Wee Peter the Goalie- said; These two have been at it for years. They cant rely on getting into the team with their ability without trying to scare the younger players like myself. I play in goals and they have both tried it on with me!

Another insider in the team says that these two guys are lunatics and that they should not be anywhere near a players unwashed kit from the week before. He sensationally claimed that he had witnessed the two of them sniffing players kits after matches. He said, I have saw these two holding up the guys kits to their faces and drawing in deep breaths. They utterly disgust me. It is unclear whether this will have an adverse affect on their season although this Rat believes that the two players have been overjoyed with the young talent that has been brought into the team this season. However they both should realise that this will make it harder for them to get into the team. No one from the Windlaw backroom staff was available for comment.
