| Message | Sorry to hear you will be leaving us, the league will not be the same without Windlaw. You have been the benchmark for most of the teams that are now doing well.I wish you all the best for the forthcoming seasons. |

| Message | Everybody at Tynecastle would like to wish you well with the afternoon team. The SSML will be poorer with Windlaw missing, although the rest of us might get a chance to win some siverware now. ![]() |

| Message | Good luck next season in the GGAFL and I dont think that it will take you long to move up the divisions. can I say that it has been a pleasure and sometimes an education playing against Windlaw for the last 6 seasons. I remember in our first season in division 2 we met in a semi final and we lost 2-0, we probably learned more in that game than the rest of the season put together. We then went on to win 8-3 at Glenconner in a freak game and got paid back with a 5-1 hammering at Barlia. In the past couple of seasons as Manager I have maintained that finishing above Windlaw would mean that we were there or there abouts but still could'nt beat you and I will take it as a scalp to have won on your last competitive league game. I was lucky enough to play against Benny and Shug, Zander and Mackay in their prime and tougher opponent would be hard to find, especially in the position that I played i would need to say that Shug Neeson was one of the best players that I faced. So good luck and we at Blochairn along with the other established clubs in the league will try to improve the league further but it will be a worse place without Windlaw - Good luck lads, maybe see yous in the west or the Scottish From Andy Cameron On behalf of everyone at Blochairn Star |
