Message	I am thirty seven approaching forty rapidly but looking forward to it. I have worked out since I was 15 and I have an 18 year old daughter that people just meeting us mistake as my girlfriend 90% of the time.The older I have gotten the more I appreciate the science of bodybuilding and healthy lifestyle choices. My food choices have never been consistently healthy or planned as they should be, and as a result my BMI has gone awry. It is my goal to be in the best shape of my life when I hit forty and possibly someday do a triathlon or even an Ironman just to know what that level of accomplishment feels like.
