MessageHello.

I have, with great enthusiasm, pursued your Primacy Articles. Although I am of Greek ethnicity, I have recognized Aramaic in its potent originality. Few of my church friends can submit their pride long enough to agree.

I find myself falling in love with Aramaic! Yes, it is the original language of the WHOLE New Testament.

Yes, I so cherish your online text... and did not immediately recognize that you were the author. Please excuse my sincere and sorry oversight, since it is your text which remains the single most recent influence and discoveries of my life in Christ. It was in the study of your inspired book that I recognized the POETRY of Iesu Mesiha.

Of all the other equally remarkable semantic discoveries, I find that the single greatest fact pointing to Aramaic Primacy is the Poetry of our Lord... a most sublime and beautiful reality. I have employed both the Younan and Jahn versions, and have found that this poetic Infrastructure permeates not only ALL of the Gospels... but ALL of the Epistles and the Apocalypse as well.

My hope is that you, Paul Younan, and your other scholarly associates continue pressing into your research. It is vital that the work bring a continual flood of revelations to the lay population "out here".

Many Sincere and Prayerful Thanks,

Gerry Vassilatos

MessageShalom Raphael in the name of Yeshua,

I recently found your website. I am a Messianic Jew living in Israel and I am very interested to learn about Aramaic Primacy and the Peshitta. We have been taught in all the Bible colleges that the oldest available copies of the New Testament were written in Greek. There are several problems with using a Greek New Testament as a cornerstone and hence I have never been able to use it as such. I don’t know Aramaic but I will have to learn it. Wish we could meet somehow.

MessageI just finished reading your article “Was the New Testament Really Written in Greek” and im going to start sending it to my friends and ill probably cause some trouble and send it to a few of my pastors – but I don’t care because I believe you are right on.

We need the whole bible redone like this and printed.

A real sad part of this whole issue is that so much time has been wasted coming up with rational answers for almost all the passages you correct. The biggest example is the “Foresaken” hours and hours and resources have been wasted trying to explain this – and they are just making things up when the answer is obvious as you describe.

There has to be a way to get your work out more effectively so that more people understand. Many want to understand and they run into these lines that don’t make sense and it is a hindrance.

Thanks again so much.

Chuck

MessageDear Raphael:

I am a minister that has studied for year various western text. Unfortunately, I knew little of the rich wealth of information of the eastern assemblies where our savior was born.

My exposure to your book was a breath of fresh air to say the least and I have learned so much from it. You deserve great acclamation for presenting such a thorough and easily understandable work which proves beyond a reasonable doubt the superiority and originality of the NT in aramaic from which all other sources derived their translations.

By starting with this factual premise, we enrich our spiritual understanding and also we gain insight into the culture, idioms, etc of the language and of the people.

Certainly, I would not be without a translation of this wonderful ancient document and will share it with all of whom I come in contact with.

Shlama and continue the good work.

Messagesmilie Big ups to Lancaster for his work, "Was the New Testament Really Written in Greek?" It's a long read, but not exhaustive, which is not a knock against it. In fact, I can't wait until he comes out with an updated version. The original is broad in scope, and absolutely destroys any thoughts of continuing in Greek New Testament primacy.

smilie I was amazed--not so much with the amount of information, though this was great, too--with the type of information he presented, such as various passages that only make sense in Aramaic; the history of the Lamsa text; critiques of other versions; not to mention the use of various Aramaic words and their definitions.

smilie It is because of this book that I've begun studying the Hebraic/Aramaic origins of the Apostolic Writings.

Mr. Lancaster, keep up the good work!
