  1. Login to the Control Panel from www.ultraguest.com
  2. From the left hand menu select Messages
  3. Click on Pending (display all messages that you need to approve before they are made public).
  4. Click on Edit Message next to the message you want to approve.
  5. Change the Status from Pending Approval to Public and the message will appear in your guestbook.
