recently, a friend died very unexpectedly, so I quickly set up an UltraGuest guest book to allow people to condole with his wife. It's working great and the guest book is used by many people from different countries who otherwise wouldn't have a good way to contact the widow.

Now, it is to be expected that after a while, no new messages will be posted to that guest book, but I don't want the guest book to be deleted, as it would be great for the widow to be able to browse these condolences once in a while, in the years to come.
But UltraGuest’s Terms of Service said:
"Inactive guestbooks may be deleted without notice (...) If you have a guestbook that will not receive new messages and you are not planning on accessing the Control Panel you are advised to contact us so that we do not delete the guestbook".
Whom do I need to contact to prevent this guest book from being deleted?
