Information collected during the sign up process and any information submitted in the Control Panel, are stored in a database on our server. This information, including your e-mail address, is never given out to - or used by - any third party. We will never send advertisement to your e-mail, but we may occasionally contact you regarding your guestbook account and UltraGuest services.

When visitors sign guestbooks we collect their IP address together with the information they provide (name, e-mail, location etc). This information is stored in a database together with a timestamp. The information entered in the guestbook becomes available to anyone who visits the guestbook (with the exception of the e-mail and IP address which is only visible to the guestbook owner). When you enter a private message, it becomes available to the owner only. Information stored in our database will never be used, revealed, or sold to any 3rd party.
